We know that being able to talk to someone in the office right away is critical to getting started with counseling. Since the day we opened, we've provided specially trained people in the office five days a week. Our team answers the phone during the business day and returns messages left when we're closed during the next business day.
Were you referred to the office, but you're not sure which therapist will be helpful? We can clarify everyone's practice focus and help identify the earliest availability. Not sure about deductible amounts and co-pays? We can typically sort that out quickly, so there are no surprises. Our office staff is phenomenal. Really! We've hired many people to manage the big components: the office, the appointments, and the billing. It's a big job, and not everyone acclimates to the complexity. Heidi and Jen are capable, warm, and welcoming. They'll guide you through the whole process.
